Roundtable Invitation: Scholarships as Aid and Foreign Policy: Establishing a Research Agenda

The event will feature Prof. Joan Dassin, Professor of International Education and Development at Brandeis University, Boston. Professor Dassin has extensive experience in both practice and research in the role of scholarships in developing countries, and most recently edited a book entitled International Scholarships in Higher Education – Pathways to Social Change.
The event will be a semi-structured conversation, with a view to exchanging information, resources and opportunities for collaboration.
If you are able to attend, we will be asking participants to share a short synopsis of your research in the area to date, and your thoughts on where resources and energy would be best spent on expanding this area of research.
