Word-for-Word National Non-Fiction Festival Golden Ticket Competition!

Deakin staff and students have the chance to win a double pass to every session of the Word-for-Word National Non-Fiction Festival in this Golden Ticket giveaway! The festival takes place from 17-19 November 2017 at the Geelong Library and Heritage Centre in Little Malop St, Geelong. Examining the intersection of fiction and non-fiction, the festival will be headlined by the acclaimed Australian author Peter Carey, one of only four authors around the world to have won the Booker Prize twice. Based in New York, Peter will present at the festival in one of only four Australian appearances. Other big names this year include: Frank Moorhouse, Julian Burnside, Jelena Dokic, Leah Kaminsky, John Marsden, Susan Carland, Benjamin Law, Tracey Spicer, Tim Flannery, John Safran, and more. What a line-up!

The competition will close on Monday 13 November, and the winners will be notified on Tuesday 14 November.
