Welcome to our new member, Professor Tim Winter.
Professor Winter is Research Professor at the Alfred Deakin Institute, Deakin University, Melbourne. He is the former President of the Association of Critical Heritage Studies and holds an ARC Future Fellowship on the Silk Roads of the 21st century. He is also working on a book historicising the modern international conservation movement within a context of geopolitics, international relations and diplomacy. Particular focus here is on how the heritage conservation movement has been shaped by the Cold War, decolonisation and more recent rise of Asia.
