Professor David McCooey Writes For The Conversation: ‘Bob Dylan’s Nobel Speech’

Professor David McCooey recently wrote an article for The Conversation, titled ‘Bob Dylan’s Nobel Speech: A Splendidly Eccentric Performance’. Professor McCooey teaches Literary Studies and Professional & Creative Writing in the School of Communication and Creative Arts at Deakin University, and supervises Honours and postgraduate students. David’s work has been published in both national and international journals. In 1996, David’s critical work Artful Histories: Modern Australian Autobiography (1996, re-published 2009) won the New South Wales Premier’s Literary Award and in 1997 was short-listed for the Colin Roderick Award for Best Australian Book.
