Jo Chandler’s Article Published in ‘The Monthly’ June 2016

Jo Chandler is a freelance writer and was invited to join the Contemporary Histories Research Group as an honorary fellow of Deakin University in recognition of her engagement in field reporting on neglected topics including gender violence, women’s representation, law and justice, land grabbing, mining impacts, climate change impacts, child and maternal health, disease challenges, and development and aid effectiveness.

In the June 2016 edition of The Monthly, Jo’s article ‘Grave Barrier Reef: The Coral Bleaching Signals a Defining Environmental Shift’ was published.
